  • Brio Builds It - Brio will build your pop-up shop from the bottom up. First we help you plan which items to feature, making sure you're happy with your product selection. Then we get to work creating store images, item descriptions, storefront layout, and a lot more. 

  • Brio Hosts It - We host your shop on our platform and take care of all the payments and bookkeeping. Brio will monitor the shop while it's running to make sure everything runs smoothly

  • Brio Processes It - When your shop has closed, Brio gets to work producing and fulfilling every order. This means producing custom goods, packing up all of the orders, and getting everything ready to ship out. 

  • Brio Ships It - Brio takes care of all the shipping. We weigh and label every package, and make sure it gets to the shipper safe and secure.

Terms and Conditions

  • There are no returns or exchanges on any customized items or garments.

  • All orders will ship two weeks after the stores deadline.

  • Brio Custom reserves the right to substitute any style for a similar item of equal quality at the same cost if inventory issues occur.

  • Brio Custom reserves the right to alter logos or decoration style if orders do not meet minimum decorating requirements.

  • Orders placed may be refunded instead of produced if the minimum order requirements are not met.

Defective Return Policy

There are no returns or exchanges on customized items unless the items are defective. Though rare, unforeseen defects or quality issues do occur. For an exchange or full refund, defective garments are allowed to be returned up to 60 days after the date of purchase.

Terms of Use

 

You are permitted to view, download and print hard copies of pages, images, assets from your shop for personal, non-commercial, lawful use. No right, title or interest in any downloaded content is transferred to you as a result of any such viewing, downloading or printing.
